To open people’s minds about George Floyd, we didn’t tell them the facts. We told them a story.

For seven years, #LoveHasNoLabels addressed bias in America, but come 2022, the nation had become so polarized that no amount of facts or logic could ever cut through.

So, rather than try to convince people, we told a story, because science shows that storytelling is an infinitely stronger tool for getting people to listen. Our film, “The Gentle Giant,” available on Hulu, portrayed the untold relationship between Bridgett and George Floyd, brother and sister, in a relatable tribute that showed George as a human being, with a life and story that were far bigger than one tragic moment in time.
