Siemens was in a battle for talent, but even Siemens’ own employees didn’t grasp just how incredible the company is. To change that, we launched a DM-led campaign that dramatically increased employee excitement, rallying all 350,000 employees around the belief that engineering can change the world. We distributed 300,000 customized Google Cardboard viewers across 7 Siemens markets in 240+ locations, and invited our “Future Makers” to download a unique 360 app, watch an inspiring series of 360 films, and share them. With a global publishing model, empowered local teams, and a renewed sense of purpose, the conversation is just beginning.
